Who we are.

salesengineer.ai runs this website and the salesengineer.ai private beta. You can reach us at hello@salesengineer.ai. This policy covers this website and its waitlist.

What we collect.

• When you join the waitlist: your work email address, your phone number, and the time you joined.
• This website sets no cookies of its own and uses no analytics. The exceptions are the short-lived cookies our providers set, described under Who we share it with, and the advertising cookie described under Advertising, which is set only when you arrive from one of our Reddit ads.
• Our servers and our providers keep standard server logs for a limited time. They include the IP address of each request.

How we use it.

To contact you by email or phone about the private beta, including scheduling your onboarding.

Who we share it with.

• We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not share it with affiliates or lead generators. We never give anyone your email address or your phone number for marketing.
• Reddit, when you arrive from one of our Reddit ads, as described under Advertising. Reddit is an advertising network and uses what the pixel sends for its own advertising, not only for us.
• Service providers run parts of this service for us and only process your information on our behalf:
  • Our website host runs this website and stores the waitlist.
  • Our network and DNS provider delivers every page and form submission. It sets a short-lived cookie named __cf_bm to filter out automated traffic.
  • Our email provider hosts hello@salesengineer.ai and handles the messages you send us.
  • Our file storage serves the video on this page. It sets a short-lived cookie named __cf_bm to filter out automated traffic.

Tracking.

We do not track you across other websites ourselves. The one thing we let anyone else do is the Reddit pixel described under Advertising, and it runs only when you arrive from one of our Reddit ads. If your browser sends a "Do Not Track" or Global Privacy Control signal, we do not load that pixel, so nothing on this site tracks you at all.

Advertising.

We advertise on Reddit. If you arrive here from one of our Reddit ads, that link carries a Reddit click identifier, and only then does Reddit's advertising pixel run on this page. The pixel sets a cookie on this site, and it tells Reddit that the visit happened and whether you joined the waitlist, along with your IP address, your browser and the page address. Reddit uses that to report which ads worked and for its own advertising. We do not give Reddit your email address or your phone number. If you arrive any other way, no pixel runs and no advertising cookie is set. If your browser sends a "Do Not Track" or Global Privacy Control signal, no pixel runs either. How long we keep it.

Until you ask us to delete it, or until we no longer need it to contact you about the beta. Copies in our database backups are deleted automatically within 14 days.

Your choices.

To see or delete your information, email hello@salesengineer.ai, and we will do it.

Changes.

If this policy changes, we update the date at the top of this page.
